AEGIS PRODUCTION
TERMS & CONIDITIONS

Welcome to Aegis Production. By booking a session, utilising our facility, or commissioning audio engineering services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions and Studio House Rules.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Payment Timing: Client payments may be made preemptively prior to the session, in person upon arrival, or via digital invoice post-session.

  • Invoicing & Due Date: Official business invoices issued by Aegis Production must be settled within 14 calendar days from the date of issuance to our designated company bank account.

  • Withholding of Deliverables: For services involving digital outputs (including demo tracking, multitracks, mixing, mastering, or final session files), Aegis Production reserves the right to withhold all final high-resolution audio files and project deliverables until the corresponding invoice is paid in full.

  • Facility Usage & On-Site Services: For rehearsal, space rentals, or live sessions where no digital files are generated, full payment is due either upon arrival or immediately following the session. Aegis Production reserves the right to refuse future bookings or take administrative action if invoices for completed facility usage remain unpaid after 14 days.

2. Studio House Rules

To maintain our equipment and ensure a productive environment for everyone, all guests and clients must adhere to the following facility rules:

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect

  • 11:00 PM Strict Noise Cutoff: All high-volume activities—including live jamming, loud playback, and electronic drum kit tracking—must cease by 11:00 PM out of respect for neighboring properties.

  • Late-Night Monitoring: Sessions extending past 11:00 PM must transition exclusively to low-volume headphone monitoring, acoustic work, or control-room desk work.

  • Outdoor Spaces: Guests are asked to keep voices low and refrain from gathering outside after 11:00 PM.

Venue Capacity & Access Control

  • Maximum Capacity Limit: Aegis Production operates under a strict maximum occupancy limit of 20 guests total on the premises at any given time for any booking, rehearsal, or private event.

  • Invite-Only & Guest Approval Policy: Our facility is a closed, invite-only environment. For standard recording, mixing, or production sessions, only individuals directly involved in the project or previously approved by studio management may enter the premises. Unannounced non-essential personnel, additional guests, or unexpected "+1s" are strictly prohibited.

  • Event Access & Guest Lists: For private events or larger group bookings, a comprehensive guest list must be submitted and agreed upon prior to the session date. Walk-ins, public attendance, or open-door access will not be permitted under any circumstances.

  • Right to Refuse Entry: Aegis Production reserves the right to deny entry to or request the departure of any unapproved individuals to maintain security, privacy, and full compliance with our capacity limits.

Food, Drinks & Care of Property

  • Furniture & Gear Protection: Food and beverages are strictly prohibited on studio furniture, acoustic treatments, and technical equipment. All food and drinks must remain on designated non-technical tables.

  • Kitchen & Fridge Access: The kitchen refrigerator is designated for studio staff and specific session prep only. Please obtain permission prior to storing or removing items.

  • Cleanliness: Clients are responsible for disposing of trash, food packaging, and drink containers in designated bins at the end of their session.

Smoking & Vaping Policy

  • Indoor Vaping: Indoor vaping is permitted provided it does not obscure visibility or trigger atmospheric sensors.

  • Smoking: Smoking cigarettes, cigars, or similar products is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking must take place in designated outdoor areas, and all butts must be completely extinguished and binned.

Equipment Handling & Common Areas

  • Gear Care: Handle all microphones, instruments, cables, and studio equipment with care. If you require assistance with any hardware or software setup, please ask an Aegis Production engineer.

  • Clear Walkways: Hallways, lounges, and walkways must be kept clear of instrument cases and personal gear for safety and access.

If you need any specific clauses adjusted—such as deposit percentages for big bookings or late fee policies for overdue invoices—let me know!
