Service Description
1. Host an intimate launch party, listening session, or acoustic showcase in an acoustically tuned, high-end environment. Perfect for indie artists, labels, and creators looking to offer an exclusive physical music experience for up to 20 guests with PA system audio support. 2. Use our live room and control room as a stylish, authentic music production backdrop for music videos, press photos, brand campaigns, or commercial shoots. Flat-rate access gives your director and crew full space without hourly pressure. 3. Set up high-quality video podcasting, broadcast panel talks, or livestream sessions. Includes room access formatted for clean set design, multi-microphone audio capture, and a controlled environment free from outside noise pollution. Space Policy: Capacity Limit: Maximum 20 pax total inside the studio premises at any given time. Catering & Drinks: Dry, non-staining food/drinks only. No liquids allowed near control room audio gear. Overtime: Additional hours past the block duration will be charged extra as add-ons Video & Photo Shoot - MYR 500 - Space dry hire, no engineer Podcast & Multi-Cam Media - MYR 650 - Space with basic setup Single / Album Launch Party - MYR 800 - Standard event package Overtime + MYR 100/h - Per additional hour *Not eligible for Studio Day Passes
Cancellation Policy
Aegis Production — Terms, Conditions & House Rules By booking or using Aegis Production services, clients agree to the following policies: 1. Booking & Payment Terms - Payment Methods: Preemptive, in-person upon arrival, or via digital invoice post-session. - Due Date: Invoices must be paid within 14 calendar days of issuance to our company bank account. - Deliverables: Final high-resolution audio files (demos, multitracks, mixes, masters) are withheld until full payment is received. - Facility Rentals: Rehearsals or live room usage without digital deliverables must be paid upon arrival or post-session. Unpaid invoices after 14 days may result in refusal of future bookings. 2. Studio House Rules - Quiet Hours & Neighbourhood Respect: High-volume activities (live drums, loud playback) must stop by 11:00 PM. Late-night work past 11:00 PM is restricted to low-volume headphone monitoring or control-room desk work. Outdoor noise must be kept low. - Capacity & Access Control: Maximum capacity is 20 guests total. The facility is invite-only; non-essential personnel, unapproved guests, or "+1s" are prohibited. Guest lists are required for events. Aegis Production reserves the right to deny entry to unapproved individuals. - Food, Drinks & Care: No food/drinks on studio furniture or technical gear (use designated non-technical tables). Kitchen fridge access is for staff and prep only. Clients must dispose of all trash. - Smoking & Vaping: Indoor vaping is permitted if visibility/sensors are unaffected. Smoking (cigarettes, cigars) is strictly prohibited indoors and allowed only in designated outdoor areas. - Gear & Safety: Handle gear with care and ask engineers for assistance. Keep walkways, lounges, and hallways clear of personal items and cases.
